GET LIFTED Mission and Vision Statement
MISSION...“Get Lifted” Youth Conference is an oasis of hope for youth of every ethnicity, economic status and gender. “Get Lifted” is an outreach effort that was birthed by God and implemented by Rev. W. J. Jenkins Jr. and Minister C. Jenkins with the revelation and mandate to answer the call of God and to fulfill the urgent need to “Stop the Violence” and restore hope amongst our youth. VISION...“Get Lifted” Youth Conference exists to provide youth with resources to equip and empower them for all aspects of life as it relates to spiritual, emotional, educational, physical and financial growth and development. The “Get Lifted” Youth Conference embodies the vision of the Word Made Flesh Worship Center; where our focus is to bring relevant and holistic ministry to the youth within our community and surrounding areas; youth who are at a higher risk because of academic deficiency, violence, physical and sexual abuse, drug abuse, and/or socioeconomic status.
